NT Gas Pty Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Amadeus Gas Trust, operates and manages over 2,000 kilometres of high-pressure natural gas pipelines and facilities in the Northern Territory of Australia (NT).
With experience in the in the pipeline industry since 1986, NT Gas is the leading pipeline operator in the NT. We have a risk management approach to natural gas transmission and reticulation, with labour resources who are trained in these operations.
Our head office is located in Darwin with maintenance bases geographically spread across the Northern Territory. NT Gas supplies energy for use in gas fired power generation and other applications using gas as an energy source. We also provide exceptional pipeline management and associated services.
We are conscious of the impact of our operations on climate change and committed to environmentally friendly business practices. That's why we have commissioned the Carbon Reduction Institute to undertake a greenhouse gas audit on our business. Through the resulting 20% LowCO2 certification, we strive to reduce our impact and raise awareness among staff and customers about the measures everyone can take to reduce their carbon footprint.
